I agree, but I have all the USN battleship premiums, plus Indianapolis, so I'm speccing him with the ability to efficiently run all of those. I'm not sure whether I want to take Fire Prevention and Preventive Maintenance, or Adrenaline Rush and I guess Superintendent (because nothing else at the tier is really necessary or worth taking over it). ![]() I will take AFT at 14 points to maximize the no-fly zone. No-brainer choice, especially since Artillery Plotting Room is basically useless on NC and therefore the only logical choice for that equipment slot is AA Mod 2, postponing the need for AFT. I took Concealment as my 10 point skill, because 11.8km detection is fantastic, wonderful, lovely, and amazing. NC is pretty maneuverable and can dodge torpedo spreads nicely if you see them coming far enough away. Then again, I do have a lot of those India Delta flags, so perhaps that's colored my judgement somewhat. I find that using the India Delta flag, combined with avoiding damage in the first place with skills like Vigilance or Fire Prevention makes up for not having that last heal. Superintendent has fallen out of favor for me since I realized lately that I rarely use the 5th charge of Repair Party, and even when I do, it's usually because I'm not managing cooldowns efficiently. NC swings her guns around nicely with Seagal's 1 degree/sec buff. It's appreciably useful in rare situations and worth taking on him, but I'd never choose it otherwise.Įxpert Marksman is a no-brainer.
